Depends on your Cisco type and/or IOS version. See the latest version
of the cisco_snmp() subroutine in checkrad.pl from the 1.6.5 source,
it uses a hybrid of both methods.

It just occured to me that since the session id is supposed to be
unique, it doesn't make sense to ask for the username connected to
a certain session id and compare it with the username passed to
checkrad - the fact that the session id is present is reason
enough to assume the session is still valid. Oh well.
