We could do that as well.  However, IMO the current behavior is still correct. The \
server only fails to start up whenever you configure it to use rrdtool and the binary \
is not found.  The server just lets you know about the situation: "You *did* command \
me to draw graphs, but the tools aren't available; thus, I cannot do my work. Fix \
it.".

Do you guys think that a "soft" error/warning would be better in this case?
