So...<sheepishly looks at the ground>, I... um... may have made a
scripting mistake... :)

I moved the syslog/klog start functions into a file I was sourcing into
udhcpc's setup script. DOH! Forgot I was sourcing that in there...

My bad - sorry for the noise.
