Attached is a working bunzip2 applet.

It works fine it just accepts a filename as an argument and it
decompresses, no options.

Future improvements could be integrating libbb error_msg functions, a bzcat
applet, or possibly integrating it with tar, im not in a big hurry to take
this much further right now, so if anyone else want to take over further
improvments then go for it.

It adds about 16kB to a standard build, and given that bzip compresses
about 20% better than gzip it could be quite usefull.
