I don't think anyone has written the tool that you are wishing for. :(
Since you've probably already read the documentation at
  http://bochs.sourceforge.net/doc/docbook/

I suggest that you ask questions about specific problems on the mailing
list.

Hi,

Firstly I'm really sorry to bother you with this
question but I am at my wits end with trying to set up
Windows on MacBochs however I'm sure this is only
because I'm a Mac guy and don't have much experience
with PC's or Linux. Is there any add-on that you know
of that I can download for MacBochs that just lets me
insert the CD for Win2K, choose how big I want the
hard drive to be and then does the rest for me?
