I wrote the i5100 driver using the Intel datasheet:

At some point, I'll get back to working on the 6 ranks
per controller motherboard, but it doesn't show up on
my current TODO list.  While I'll have hardware for it
soon (this week maybe), it doesn't look like I'll have
time to work on it for at least a couple months...  :-(

I'm happy to review patches and answer questions in the
meantime, though, if that will help...
