I recently upgraded to BlackICE PC Protection Version 3.5.cbq

After I upgraded I started to have difficulties with "Right Click" 
functions on my mouse.  For example, If I "right click" on the Start 
Menu for Explore, I get an error message that a dll file is missing 
and then the TaskBar disappears.  If I try to "left click" on a 
Microsoft Task Bar icon, I get another message that a dll is missing 
and the computer freezes.

Anyone with similar symptoms or possible solutions?  I've disabled 
Application & Communications Control on BI 3.5.cbq and now running 
just the firewall portion.  I haven't had any problems since.  It 
appears to me that when I upgraded to BI 3.5.cbq, the upgrade 
modified at least one if not more windows dll files and replaced with 
a different version that windows doesn't like.
