Can anyone help me with a newbie question regarding pull?

I have a linux-ppc clone upto cset "2.4.2". Now I want to get all
changes upto cset "2.4.4" only. The linux-ppc root tree is upto cset
"2.4.10" or higher. 2.4.2 ----------- 2.4.4 ------- 2.4.6 ------- 2.4.8 etc.
How do I do a pull so that I get only changes upto 2.4.4? I did not find
any option for pull to specify a revision or cset.

Thanks
Subhachandra Chandra
