YES!! The NIS works perfectly now!! One thing I want to point
out is the glibc patch I got from ftp.kernel.org will turn the
file yp_prot.h into a zero byte file.

However, if you untar the clean ypbind-3.3.tar.gz and keep a
backup copy of yp_prot.h first before patching the glibc-patch
and then restore the original yp_prot.h, then do the patch 
below manually. It should compiles and run perfectly. It's
a LOT faster too!! Thanks a lot guys.
