My thought was to behave the same way as when a player rolls doubles and gets out. 
Then the token is moved immediately, leaving no time for managing stuff. The player 
could just manage before jailrolling/jailcarding/jailpaying. But OK, adopt that rule. The 
client takes care of it for me anyway with my autoplay patch.
