There still seems to be an issue with <TAB><TAB> filename completion
in ast-ksh.2012-06-26:
If I type <TAB><TAB> to get list of choices for filenames I get a
menu, make my choice and then press <TAB> directly after making the
choice I get a filename selection menu again. AFAIK ksh93 needs to
reset the mode back to the initial state after the user makes a
selection.
