Subject:    Font and Color Question

I commonly use 11pt fonts in my documents.  However,in Words, the font
option menu only shows even values (8,10,12..).  I have found the
custom fonts option under the character settings.  However, I use this
font size so often that I would like to have it available from the option
menu.  Is this possible?

Also, I noticed that I can't seem to be able to set the font color 
(not that I do this very often).  The color section dialog shows black
for all of the colors.  Anyone know what's wrong here?
