Assuming utility power has not failed, apcupsd will not shut down the
server in this case because the UPS will not be running on batteries.
If the calibration cycle is complete and then the utility power fails,
apcupsd will shut down the server if the shutdown criteria in
apcupsd.conf are met...but this is what you would want of course!
