Tell me please, whether there is a free software emulator of a AP9617 
card snmp (it is desirable under windows)? That it would be possible to 
emulate switching-off ups or calibration mode.

Not so it would be desirable to carry tests for the real apc. Because 
calibration, for example, reduces term of life of the battery
