I built a module (Apache::AuthenIgnoreHost) that will ignore a given
host (ie not ask for authentication) and authenticate others.  Its
mostly to work around a Stronghold bug, but I thought it might be
useful.

If anyone is interested let me know, I'll clean it up and send it
CPAN.
