Unfortunately it does not (yet) exist.

I have it in mind for some time now.
A fudge solution could probably be coined up pretty quickly.
For a general purpose solution I would like to extend
the lookup_ip_acl (generalized with hash/regexp/sql lookups)
to be able to return a result based on the matching IP address.
This won't happen for 2.5.0 (not urgent enough), but you are
welcome to make something in this direction.
