I read an article recently on SpamProbe.  The author had a neat idea
that solves this problem if you are using an IMAP server.  He creates
folders for both false negatives (missedspam) and false positives
(nonspam).  Users can move messages into the folders.  A cron job
feeds the folder contents to the appropriate program and deletes the
spam and moves the ham to the default INBOX.
