Yes, it says "beta" but it is really (pre-)alpha.
After a few crashes (seems to be when a disk containing a collection file(s) is
unmounted), and tag renaming bugs, I forced a downgrade back to 1.4.10.

Keep up the development work, but please be more careful before releasing
so-called beta versions (and rename this version "alpha" - thus justifying
reopening this bug report).

P.S. The forum seems to contain much useless rant. I filed the present bug
report, rather, as version 1.9 is claimed to be "beta".

P.P.S. I hope that (most) all of the functionality will be there by the time
that version "2.0" is released, otherwise it would be premature.
