We use the NWUSER option............One problem we had when implementing this
option was we weren't fully qualifying the user id.      Try something like
this:
NWUSER    SERVERNAME\.cn=admin.=cwb:adminpassword
 
Also remember that passwordaccess has to be set to generate.
