Is it critical that the app be deployed with the broker? The embedded web server \
isn't really meant to be used for deploying arbitrary web applications. If using \
standalone Jetty works then you might consider simply using that approach.
In any event, I think you'd need to provide a reproducible test case for any \
additional investigation.
