Hi 

I have an issue where during certain period where we expect a lot of message
will come in, the queue become pile up with message although the consumer
can process huge amount of message at one time.

Im using default configuration for setting up a queue as per below. Kindly
need advice.

                    <constantPendingMessageLimitStrategy limit="1000"/>
                  </pendingMessageLimitStrategy>
                </policyEntry>
		<policyEntry queue="INCOMING.SUBMISSION" consumersBeforeDispatchStarts="2"

              </policyEntries>
            </policyMap>
