After reading your mail I looked again and it is not that you show the first 
one but always line 1 column 1. This is probably the effect of using the 
standard Message output widget.

Today I looked at the bookmark support of KDevelop. There are these really 
cool tooltips with the line before and after the bookmark. I wonder who would 
use these annotations if you have these kind of bookmark support?
