It's my favorite web development tool in Linux. But I don't think there are any plans for Quanta 4. I do not see any improvements since a few years. It works pretty well in Ubuntu, except by a few documentation libraries that need to be re-installed and some links which are easy to readdress. After that, it works beautifully. I love it.
