Hi Milian,

I sure wish I had the skills to help develop Quanta 4!

Since I can't really cope without Quanta and suspect that there are
many others out there like me, I'm sharing here how I've got Quanta
3.5.10 running beautifully on openSUSE 11.4 x86_64 w/ GNOME.

When I say 'beautifully,' I mean it launches without complaints or
alerts about missing components, it runs lightning fast and is really
stable. Ditto for Konqueror, including it's multitude of supporting
capabilities. I think this has happened because these packages precede
a lot of the 'bloat' (IMHO) that has been built into subsequent
versions of KDE.
