Well, I did it this way so that others can clone and setup the KDevelop 
website on their own. I can provide them with a MySQL dump and they can 
install it on a local Apache e.g. (this is how I like to work on websites).

Furthermore it is also some kind of backup machanism, in case I screw 
something up ;-)
