I can't seem to find anyway of defaulting tags to lowercase. Is there
anyway to do this in Quanta?

Maybe I'm not understanding something or whatever (wouldn't be the first
time :-D) but it seems like there might be a bug in Tools::Convert Tag &
Attribute Case. It seems to work on the last saved version of the file. I'm
using Quanta 3.5.6 According to http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85568,
this was fixed way back in 3.2.3, but it appears to have reared its ugly
head again in 3.5.6. I confess that I haven't used Quanta since around
version 3.2, since, until recently, I hadn't had much need for an HTML
editor, but I do remember this being a problem back then.

So anyway, I couldn't find any open bugs related to this in the KDE
bugtracker, and thought about opening a new one,
