(please CC me as I am not subscribed to the list)

I found a string I do not really understand (as in understand the meaning 
completely to translate it properly):

plugins/usertoolbars/actionconfigdialogbase.ui line 360
msgid "Container toolbars:"

Are these toolbars that act as a container?
Or containers that can contain toolbars.
Or toolbars that can be arranged manually?
