This is a side effect of a (recent?) change in Katepart. It is "fixed"
in the upcoming Quanta. The problem was that in the save dialog you
could select a new encoding for your file. Since some time changing the
encoding in katepart re-opens the document, reopening means save if it
was modified. See http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=131728 .
