Hi, I've filed a patch at http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=130513 to 
support some characters used by Czech.

I'm happy to use gucharmap for really obscure characters, but would like 
easy access to (say) all commonly used symbols and European accented 
characters. The list box when typing &# is helpful (though obviously 
needing to have a limited size).

Are there any ideas for making it easier to look up and enter &#nnn; 
codes for special characters?
