I found it quite simple, and the toolbar function is to customize yer toolbar. 
As a user only a few directories are writable, and none of the kde libs are 
and should be. The projects folder is writable by the user therefor, as it is 
today.
I've added quite a few functions and shorcuts to expesially javascripts to my 
own toolbars
