I forgot in the README file:
Maybe you need to replace the Z: in externalpreview.sh, line 19 with the drive \
letter, which has wine assigned to your systems root directory ("/") by wine. To find \
out. which letter it is, run one of the IEs, use "File/Open" and let display all \
drives... greetinx
