Couldn't find this in the docs, or the maillist archive...

I'm editing a page, and want to create a new div.
I select the Style toolbar, and then the div button.
The div dialogue opens...

It seems to me that there is a completion option in the div properties
 
dialogue.

How do I  get that dialogue to give me options to select, for id
and class ?
