Hi All!

I running Quanta+ 3.4.2 that is the default with SUSE 10. I have a number of
self-defined HTML-like tags that I use on my Linux Tutorial (link below). To
make things easier for me I have a toolbar with most of these tags and I want
to assign keyboard shortcuts to them. So far so good.

I have a tag named "exercises" which inserts a block of text. The toolbar
button works fine and I want to assign the combination CTR-ALT-E. When I try,
I get the error:

The 'Alt+Ctrl+E' key combination has already been allocated to the "Kill
Window" action.

The problem is that it is the combination 'Alt+Ctrl+Escape' that is assigned
to the Kill Window action. Seems that Quanta (or is KatePart or something
else?) is ingnoring the 'scape' at the end. There were a couple of other
places where this happened like 'Alt+Ctrl+S' couldn't be mapped because it
was already mapped to 'Alt+Ctrl+Shift-something' .

Any ideas or help would be appreaciated.

Regards,

jimmo
