have a look at Settings | Configure Quanta | Abbreviations .

You can define shortcuts here that gets expanded via Edit | Expand 
Abbreviation menu or shift + ctrl + j

There is another option, you can create you own actions. See Settings | 
Configure Actions and try to add a text action.
