Be sure that you don't have KDE 3.5.0 (as it was released) with a 2.6.13 
(or lower) kernel with inotify. Due to a kernel bug, you get such 
dialogs very often. SuSE updated its kernel and KDE 3.5.0 packages 
meantime, so try to get the latest kdelibs and kernel if you can for 
your distribution. Alternatively compile kdelibs from 3.5 branch from 
source.
Otherwise, if you have an exact way to gather the dialog (and it is not 
just random), let me know.
