The best quanta so far for me is 3.2 and that's what I'm using at work. But at home I've got "the bleeding edge".. What's frustrating me? :) Something simple as editing. Is there a guide how to setup the environment (editor/quanta) to be as much usefull to the PHP programmer as it could be? I've checked kdewebdev with no luck, there's nothing in the FAQ, but it should be... How do I setup the kate indentation so it works as it works for C or Perl? How I setup the highlight and filetypes in the editor settings? What are the best settings for PHP programming? As I remember Quanta was an excelent PHP programming environment and this things should be a default settings (like PHP indentation of the code)? I'm missing something maybe? And one last thing..that's not about the editor, it's maybe my environment... I had the "file changed outside the editor" problem...that ugly thing that popped every time I've saved a file locally..then I deleted all the quanta rc files ..it worked for a day or two (no nasty superflous dialogs)..and today it started again.. Is there a setting to supress them? (I know I will never find a reason for that dialog to popup)... Tnx. :) McLion --------------060406020003080804030004 Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Hi
