Sim, mas é consenso falar somente em inglês, por mais macarrônico que
seja. Se achar que é possível que os outros não o entendam, um post
bilíngüe é aceitável. Posts em outra língua, somente se for impossível
apresentar a dúvida em inglês.

Yes, there are. But there is an agreement to post in english only,
even if it is not quite good english (like mine ;-) ). If there is a
possibility for others not to understand you, a post in your language
and in english is acceptable. Posts in other languages than english
only if there is no possibility of presenting a question in english.
