Your assumption is not true. The make.out5 file has a lot more stuff in it.
What I showed to you was whatever had been put out onto the console screen
rather than in the make.out5. file, the size of which is 302K.
I upgraded KDE by using Mandrake RPM's. It is possible I missed some files
because there are still hundreds more rpm files I can upgrade in addition to
what I have already upgraded according to the Install Package rpmdrake.
