Thanks, this works in 3.5 branch. 

Unfortunately when using 3.5 quanta to open existing project created in 3.4 
quanta , CPIU goes up to 100%, stays there and quanta just hangs. I need 
quanta to do some work right now, but I can test this more a bit later and 
try to figure out which part of .webproj file is causing this.
