Eric,

Thanks, again, for responding to another of my questions. I finally got 
everything working on my web site and the project downloads are working 
perfectly. My problem was not recognizing the file form in the project 
folder. You have introduced something new to me, however:

Conversely SSH and SCP are very secure and usually available, certainly on \
any decent Linux based  host. These can be handled with the fish:// \
protocol. Using ssh-keygen you  can create passwordless keys and make \
access to remote sites like VPN.


As for as I know my ISP offers only FTP hosting, but I'll check. They 
don't offer IMAP.
I sure don't like the idea that my passwords are so public. I live in 
the boonies though there are other ISP's in the area. However, the one 
I'm using gives free web hosting to the association for which I'm 
handling web site design and maintenance. Thanks for the tip. I'll do 
some research around here.
