Kevin. . .

I'm at a loss. I followed your instructions. When I go to enter "./configure" I get a \
message that there is no such file. I've read the installations instruction in \
version 3.4.1 and tried following them and I end up with the same "no file" note. It \
looks as though I don't have a "configure" script but I don't know how to get it if \
it is missing. I did install all the urpmi files I could find and all the gcc files. \
I'm beginning to believe that Linux is not for me because I'm spending way to much \
time just trying to install a program. I do appreciate your help, though, and \
anything more you can suggest, I'll appreciate.

Jerry

tar -jxvf /home/myname/kdewebdev-3.4.1tar.bz2

cd to the directory created, then ./configure

Since you're using mandrake, make sure you urpmi gcc and all of that
good stuff needed to compile. ;)

Kevin
