If you have Qt Linguist installed, it can display all the elements that ha=
ve default translations. To do this, select
File > Open and navigate to the translations directory. Then select "All F=
iles (*)", so you can see all the *.qm files.
The one you'll be most interested in is qtbase_de.qm. This contains over 7=
500 translations, which should cover almost
all the user-visible strings provided by Qt. Anything else should be in mo=
dule-specific translation files such as
qtmultimedia_de.qm.
