Hi Grzegorz,
Some time ago PyQt6 wouldn't pip-install on Python 3.10 or Python 3.11. It only \
worked on Python 3.9 (or below).

Python has a stable ABI that guarantees that if the package uses only this ABI, it \
will work with all future python versions.
