PyQt v4.8.6 and SIP v4.13 have been released.

PyQt is a minor bug fix release. It fixes a problem with the garbage
collector deleting objects created in a different thread. It also reduces
the chances of crashes when the interpreter is shutting down.

SIP is a minor feature release - see the NEWS file for the details.
