What method do I use to allow Outlook 2002 and Thunderbird and Mozilla to
edit and add entries on the LDAP server.
I have set up slapd.conf with
access to * by * write

access to *
   by self write
   by dn.base="cn=Manager,dc=mydomain,dc=com" write
   by * read
