Hi,
after thinking about the load/unload of plugins, saving config, ... I think it 
might be better to change the current KTextEditor Plugin interfaces to:

- only KTextEditor::Plugin is the plugin, loaded by document

- viewplugins inherit from KTextEditor::PluginViewInterface and provide 
addView/removeView() functions which will be called for each view of the 
document.

comments ? Will port the isearch plugin to that if's ok
