Summary: shaded windows disappear with translucency
           Product: kwin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kwin kde org
        ReportedBy: martin.drautzburg web de

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS: Linux

When I shade a window with translucency+shadows enabled, the titlebar completely \
disappears (or is barely visible, because it is too transparent). It only comes back \
when I click somewhere on the desktop or basically anywhere. I cannot reproduce the \
exact events that bring it back and which do not. Unshading from the window list \
never works.

Also it does not happen all the time. Sometimes a window behaves just fine especially \
after shading and unshading for a couple of times. Newly created windows \
particularily suffer from this problem.

A shaded window with visible titlebar that was unshaded via "hover" and then shaded \
again by moving the mouse away never seems to have this problem. Sometimes unshading \
a window via hover draws an almost transparent window. Doubleclicking the titlebar \
leaves the window unshaded but transparent. Klicking somewhere paints the entire \
window opaque again.

I do not have this behavior with xcompmgr.

This is on Debian SID with a NX6600 Card and the nvidia 8762 drivers.
