Look at the screen in the Window Behavior control module, then under the Translucency \
Tab then under the Effects tab.

There are two scrollbars (and two spinboxes) to control the fade-in and fade-out \
speed. There are no units describing the number that appears in the spinbox. Are \
these milliseconds, microseconds, seconds or another unit of time? 

This is a JJ since it only requires one to determine the unit of the time and add \
text labels. I would send a patch if svn were not a blocked port :(. \
