I have made available another snapshot at the usual place:

This one has an updated kdelibs (3.4.2), and pages with frames work again.

From now on, I'll try to write down the changes in the ChangeLog file.

The current one reads:

        * New patch for the http ioslave in kdelibs 3.4.2
        * Removed checks for older kdelibs from prepare_kde_src


Additionally, the base kdelibs has been updated to the current 3.4 branch, 
and a fix for Bug #110995 (non-pcre regexps not working) has been applied.
