konqueror version 4.10.3 "release 1" (Tumbleweed)

media queries trigger longer/shorter than expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to specified website with konqueror 
2. Change to KHTML renderer 
3. Use a not maximised window
4. Reduce its width downto minimum window width
Actual Results:  
'em' and 'px' based media queries turns off at width 512px
'rem' never turns off

Expected Results:  
all media query sizes should turn off at the same time

This bug can be related to the following Chrome bug
